2018, Horizons for Homeless Children, Boston, MA. With support from BlueHub, Horizons built the Edgerley Family Horizons Center in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston to serve more families experiencing homelessness across Massachusetts.

2017, Community Health Center, Inc., Hartford, Stamford & Middletown, CT. BlueHub provided financing to support the construction of three primary care community health facilities across Connecticut that offer comprehensive health care and social services to disadvantaged patients.

2010, Whittier Street Health Center, Boston, MA. Whittier Street, which has been serving Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood since 1933, nearly doubled its size thanks, in part, to financing from BlueHub. The new health center, which was constructed in just 14 months, serves over 100,000 patients annually and offers increased urgent care capacity, counseling, health education and more.

2023, Atlas Public Schools, St. Louis, MO. With support from BlueHub, Atlas transformed a former Veterans Affairs (VA) building into a new school facility, expanding access to quality education for families across the city.

2022, Dew Drop Inn, New Orleans, LA. With a loan from BlueHub and other investors, Level Ground Development restored the Dew Drop Inn — a once-legendary hub for Black musicians — into a boutique hotel and music venue, preserving a cornerstone of music history and community identity. BlueHub team members were there to celebrate the groundbreaking in 2022.

2022, Humphreys Street Studios, Boston, MA. Humphreys Street Studios is home to artists of several different mediums, including the blacksmith pictured above. The artists purchased the property in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston with a loan from BlueHub, ensuring that critical affordable workspace exists in perpetuity.

1996, Jumpstart for Young Children, Boston, MA. Jumpstart’s AmeriCorps members provide one-on-one tutoring for pre-school and kindergarten children to ensure they are prepared to succeed when they enter school. Financing from BlueHub helped support the program.

2017, Amped Kitchens, Los Angeles, CA. Members of the BlueHub team visited Amped Kitchens L.A. South in 2024, a granary building-turned food production facility financed by BlueHub. The location has 62 food production spaces.

2017, Jones County K-12 School, Trenton, NC. New Markets Tax Credits from BlueHub helped the Jones County School District construct a new state-of-the-art facility that is energy-positive, returning more energy to the grid than it consumes, and that supports over 100 jobs for community members.
